If you know me, you know I'm addicted to sneaking veggie puree's into everyday recipes. It's as easy as 1.2.3. First I steam the veggies (for these carrots I shredded them first). Second I pop them in my food processor and third I measure and put them in a baggy. I place the purees in my freezer and that way when I go to cook it's just as easy as adding another ingredient. I only puree about once a week or sometimes only every other week.Try it!
So you boil them first?? I didn't know that part... doh!
