These nachos were delicious, and nutritious. Seriously. Sometimes I like to think of what Milly would say if she could talk, or actually eat chips. I imagined her saying, "Nachos for dinner? You're the coolest mom ever!" I would give her a serious look and say, "Yes Milly I am, and you are the luckiest child in the world to have such a mother as I." Too much?
