Valentine Cheesecake

This was my first attempt at making a real live cheesecake, crust and all. I was relieved when it actually resembled a cheesecake. It tasted pretty good as well. The next time I make this I'll leave out the hazelnuts in the crust and just go straight graham cracker or even an Oreo crust, but other than that we really enjoyed it. I'm calling it a Valentine cheesecake because it's a low-fat alternative to the traditional cheesecake. Get the recipe here.
